	Henry J. Leyser, Ph.D., Chairman-CEO
Born in Berlin, Germany, Henry Leyser became a stateless refugee and spent eight years in Shanghai, China from 1939 to 1947. He came to the United States and served as Chairman and President of his own business for over thirty years. In 1999, Henry founded China/America Biz Ops (CABO), a company committed to the development of international business relationships with China. He recognized the need to build the bridge of commerce and culture between the United States and China.
In three years Henry created the foundation of a network that extends from the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Beijing and to private industry in Shanghai and Suzhou. CABO is the sole representative SIPAC, of one of the foremost Hi-Tech Parks in China, located in Suzhou.
Henry holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and speaks several languages. Having lived and traveled extensively around the world doing business in Europe, Asia and the United States, Henry recognizes cultural differences. He has demonstrated the ability to build strong business relationships. Henry is one of the few Americans who understand the culture, the form of government and the way that business is conducted in China.
